The service provides users with insights on price fluctuations, competitor positioning, and market trends, offering tools that enable businesses to stay competitive by monitoring real-time pricing data. 4. Pricing

Service prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (TTC). The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without notice. However, services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order's validation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via a secure payment service provider. Payment information is not retained by the Company.

6. Duration and Termination

The contract is concluded for a fixed period, corresponding to the subscription period chosen by the customer (monthly, yearly, etc.). The customer may cancel their subscription at any time through their user account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal after the contract has been concluded, unless the service execution has begun with their prior consent.

8. Liability

The Company strives to provide continuous access to its service. However, it cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance operations or events beyond its control (force majeure).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by US law. Any disputes relating to their interpretation and/or execution will fall under the jurisdiction of US courts.
