At EUSPY, we strive to provide high-quality service to our users. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.
2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing a reason. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at contact@euspy.app with your request. The refund will be processed within 10 business days after confirmation.
3. Refund Eligibility
EUSPY offers subscription-based services that are generally non-refundable, with the following exceptions:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Service Unavailability: If the service has been unavailable for an extended period due to factors within our control (excluding scheduled maintenance).
- Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to an error on our side.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until then. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service, except as outlined in sections 2 and 3.
5. Trial Period and Refunds
If EUSPY offers a free trial period, you can use this time to evaluate the service without commitment. Once the trial period ends, if you choose to continue with a paid subscription, it will be charged according to the selected plan. Refunds are not provided once the paid subscription period begins, except as specified in sections 2 and 3.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at conact@euspy.app with the following information:
- Your account details.
- A description of the issue.
- Supporting evidence, if applicable.
Our team will review the request and respond within 5-10 business days.
7. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Non-refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described at the time of subscription.
- Inability to use the service due to issues outside EUSPY’s control, such as user device compatibility.
- Partial use of the service without technical issues or faults.
9. Changes to the Refund Policy
EUSPY reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through a notice on the Site or by email.
